Baymar Optronics is a designer and manufacturer of solutions that provide optical enhancement for Liquid Crystal Displays (LCD). Using an optical adhesive; Baymar can direct bond touch screens, anti-reflective (AR) glass, tempered glass, and EMI shields to the LCD panel while controlling reflective light and significantly improving optical performance in addition to providing a more rugged assembly.

Baymar’s proprietary optical stack and the ability to control reflected light, significantly improves the optical performance of an LCD in any ambient lighting condition.

Baymar’s dynamic product line of optical solutions, enhancements, and assembly services are supported by fabrication experience, clean room capabilities, and automation equipment.

Our proprietary LED backlighting solutions can handle extreme temperatures significantly better than traditional CCFL backlighting. CCFL backlights typically provide 250-400 nits of brightness but lose up to 30% performance at temperatures exceeding 90°F. Current Baymar Optronics LED solutions exceed 1,000 nits with an optical lamination.
